How it Works

We have 2 different DIY divorce packages with prices varying based on the amount of assistance you require:

DIY BASIC DIVORCE – R1500.00
  • You provide us with the necessary information;
  •  We complete the necessary documents on your behalf.
  • You attend court to get the documents issued (stamped).
  • You deliver the documents to the sheriff.
  • You appear in court yourself.
DIY DIVORCE WITH CONSULTATION – R2500.00
  • You provide us with the necessary information;
  • We complete the necessary documents on your behalf.
  • 1-hour consultation with an attorney.
  • You attend court to get the documents issued (stamped).
  • You deliver the documents to the sheriff.
  • You appear in court yourself.
